Our apartment in this late 19th-century building has high ceilings and large windows. On the 4th and last floor of a quiet backside house, it was recently renovated and is full of light, even in winter. We took special care to showcase the work of young or cult designers we like, as you can see in the materials and colors used to transform this living space. We wanted to give it a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic or on-the- go meals: an oven, microwave and even a raclette-set. It has a bar-type area, bar stools, and comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, nice glasses, sharp knives, and an espresso and cappuccino maker. The apartment offers a large double bed-sofa (160cm), roomy closets, a washing machine, a flatscreen LED-TV with cable featuring international channels, and free wifi (100Mb).

Our lovely apartment is nestled in the cool of Mitte-Wedding call the Belgian Area (Belgisches Viertel / Brüsseler Kiez). Old-timers and newcomers appreciate its mix of urban bustle and suburban-style calm, in a neighbourhood thriving with restaurants with cuisine from all around the world, small boutique shops, cinemas, a nice weekly market place– all close to the property. It is just a short walk to the metro line U6 (Seestrasse) taking you to Friedrichstrasse, the very heart of Berlin-Mitte in less than 10 minutes and different tram and bus lines (15 min from Prenzlauer Allee for example).

If you book this apartment, the following rules apply:
If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment. Please Note: For rooms in shared apartments, the rental deposit will be two months’ rent instead of one for studios. Rental periods are above six months,.
