Our apartment in this late 19th-century very well renovated building has high ceilings largewindows, a semi open kitchen. It is full of light, even in winter, because situated on the third floor on a large and quiet backyard. The apartment has a new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic or on-the- go meals: an oven, microwave, dishwasher. It comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, French iconic glasses, sharp ceramic knives. The apartment offers a large double bed. There are roomy closets, a wash-dryer, a flatscreen LED-TV with cable featuring international channels, and free wifi (100Mb). Towels, hair-dryer, toaster, iron, iron-table are available in the apartment too.

Our lovely apartment is nestled in the highly-prized area of Prenzlauerberg, in the Hufeland Quarter of the former East Berlin. Old-timers and newcomers appreciate its mix of urban bustle and suburban-style calm, in a neighbourhood thriving with boutique workshops, shops and restaurants – all close to the property. It is just a short walk to three different tram lines, one taking you to Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes.

If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment. Please note: The rental deposit will be one months’ rent.
