Our nicely furnished 3-room shared flat is located on Grünbergerstrasse in this late 19th-century building on the ground floor of a south oriented front house. It was recently renovated and is full of light, even in winter.

Room-A has a single loft bed which allows to use the space effectively. We revealed the feel-good vibe by selecting materials that transform the room into peaceful environment with bright colors.

We took special care to showcase the work of young or cult designers we like, as you can see in the materials and colors used to transform this living space. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic or on-the-go meals: an oven, a microwave, pans and pots. It comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, French iconic glasses, sharp ceramic knives, and of course, coffee and tea machines.

If you book this apartment, the following rules apply:
If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. Please Note: The rental deposit will be two months’ rent.
